Fully customisable worktops can be tailored to your exact specifications. With thickness options of 20mm and 25mm, our birch ply worktops are pressed with high-pressure laminate. The birch edges are sanded smooth and oiled to reveal the signature birch ply stripes.
Fenix
This innovative ultra-matt laminate features next-generation acrylic resins that enable the seamless recovery of superficial micro scratches. It's important to note that while Fenix possesses remarkable thermal healing abilities, we still recommend using a cutting board during food preparation to prevent direct cutting on the surface. This precautionary measure ensures the longevity of your worktop and maintains its impeccable condition. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil. These fronts come ready to attach to your IKEA cabinets. |

Formica
Formica laminate is built to withstand the rigors of daily kitchen activities. Formica is the original high-pressure laminate and is known for its incredible durability. Available in a vast array of classic and modern colours, you will find the perfect style to enhance your kitchen's visual appeal. We use the Formica Matte58 finish which is lightly textured surface finish that is smooth to the touch. Samples of the Matte58 finish can be obtained directly from the Formica website. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil. These fronts come ready to attach to you IKEA cabinets.

Luvih Luvih is a Super Matt Anti-Fingerprint laminate very similar to Fenix, engineered to create a luxurious satin smooth yet tough surface. This luxury high-pressure laminate is sustainably sourced and boasts a protective poly-coating as standard, across a range of bold contemporary decors. Highly resistant to fingerprints, grease, smudges, and with anti-bacterial properties, Luvih is hygienic and easy to clean. Always available, taking luxury beyond the ordinary. |
Delivery to most of mainland UK is included in the price you see. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please email info@plyzen.co.uk before placing an order to get a delivery cost.

If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering. We will try our best to meet your deadline if our workshop schedule allows.
We use DPD and Proovia for most desktops, DPD for legs, and pallet delivery for larger desktop and kitchen fronts. At checkout, please provide your email address and mobile phone number so the courier can update you with delivery information.
Desktops sent with DPD and Proovia are packaged in a crate and will need to be unscrewed. With the packaging, larger desktops can weigh up to 60kg. Please make sure you are able to receive an item of this weight and size. The rigidity of this packaging is required to protect the desktop through the courier network.
DPD or Proovia will usually contact you with a delivery time slot. You are able to change this time with DPD or Proovia directly.
Standard pallet deliveries will not be at a specific time, they can be anytime 9am to 5pm. Pallets are delivered to kerbside only, so you will need to unpack and move items to your home. It is essential that you are able to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery up to £250 (This is imposed by the carrier). We do offer premium pallet delivery options:
- A three-hour window within the span of 10am – 5pm (Eg 1-4pm) for £21.
- A specific delivery time within the span of 10am - 5pm for £41. Delivery can be be either 30 mins before or 30 mins after chosen time.

In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the parcel or pallet packaging, please indicate this to the driver. For pallet deliveries, also note the damage on the delivery paperwork. If parts are damaged or missing in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of the delivery time, this way we can claim for damages with the carrier. Beyond this time, we can't pursue a claim and we'll assume all parts have been delivered without damage.
