B/BB Birch Ply
B/BB Birch Ply has a birch ply face and a 13-ply birch ply core. Our high grade birch ply is sourced from Latvia, the show face is plug free, and has a little more colour variation than our Birch Faced Poplar. It can be supplied Raw, Sanded or with premium matt lacquer.

Birch Veneer Faced Poplar Ply
Birch Veneer faced Poplar Ply features top-quality rotary cut birch ply veneers with a 13-ply poplar core. It offers a lovely tone and grain pattern and is finished with a premium matt lacquer for a natural and elegant look.

European Crown Oak Faced Birch Ply
European Crown Oak faced Birch Ply showcases A-grade European Crown Oak book-matched veneer on a 13-ply birch ply core. This material provides stunning grain symmetry and a beautiful finish, thanks to a grain embellishing base coat and premium matt lacquer.

American Crown Black Walnut Faced Birch Ply
American Crown Black Walnut faced Birch Ply includes A-grade American Crown Black Walnut book-matched veneer on a 13-ply birch ply core. It features rich colour tones and striking grain patterns, finished with a grain embellishing base coat and premium matt lacquer for a gorgeous natural look.

Fenix
Fenix is crafted with next-generation acrylic resins, giving it a super-matt appearance that feels soft to the touch, resists fingerprints, and even allows thermal healing of minor scratches.

Desktops sent with DPD and Proovia are packaged in a crate and will need to be unscrewed. With the packaging, larger desktops can weigh up to 60kg. Please make sure you are able to receive an item of this weight and size. The rigidity of this packaging is required to protect the desktop through the courier network.

DPD or Proovia will usually contact you with a delivery time slot. You are able to change this time with DPD or Proovia directly.

Standard pallet deliveries will not be at a specific time, they can be anytime 9am to 5pm. Pallets are delivered to kerbside only, so you will need to unpack and move items to your home. It is essential that you are able to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery up to £250 (This is imposed by the carrier). We do offer premium pallet delivery options:

A three-hour window within the span of 10am – 5pm (Eg 1-4pm) for £21.
A specific delivery time within the span of 10am - 5pm for £41. Delivery can be be either 30 mins before or 30 mins after chosen time.

These premium options can be purchased here

In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the parcel or pallet packaging, please indicate this to the driver. For pallet deliveries, also note the damage on the delivery paperwork. If parts are damaged or missing in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of the delivery time, this way we can claim for damages with the carrier. Beyond this time, we can't pursue a claim and we'll assume all parts have been delivered without damage.
