If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering. We will try our best to meet your deadline if our workshop schedule allows.
We use DPD for most desktops and legs, and pallet delivery for larger desktop and kitchen fronts. At checkout, please provide your email address and mobile phone number so the courier can update you with delivery information.
Desktops sent with DPD are packaged in a crate and will need to be unscrewed. With the packaging, larger desktops can weigh up to 35kg. Please make sure you are able to receive an item of this weight and size. The rigidity of this packaging is required to protect the desktop through the courier network.
DPD will usually contact you with a delivery time slot. You are able to change this time with DPD directly.
Standard pallet deliveries will not be at a specific time, they can be anytime 9am to 5pm. Pallets are delivered to kerbside only, so you will need to unpack and move items to your home. It is essential that you are able to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery up to £250 (This is imposed by the carrier). We do offer premium pallet delivery options:
- A three-hour window within the span of 10am – 5pm (Eg 1-4pm) for £21.
- A specific delivery time (+/- 30mins) for £41.

In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the parcel or pallet packaging, please indicate this to the driver. For pallet deliveries, also note the damage on the delivery paperwork. If parts are damaged or missing in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of the delivery time, this way we can claim for damages with the carrier. Beyond this time, we can't pursue a claim and we'll assume all parts have been delivered without damage.
We also offer collection from our workshop in Lewes, East Sussex. Please select this option at checkout.
We supply doors, drawer fronts, cover panels and custom panels. Our fronts come pocketed and drilled to fit Ikea hinges and drawer mechanisms.
Once you have your kitchen design in the IKEA kitchen planner, you can either request help from us to choose your doors from your plan for a fee or go through our product pages that contain IKEA’s kitchen front collection and add them one by one to your cart.
Our fronts are available with handles or blank for use with push to open mechanisms or handles of your own choice. Routed handles are £39 for J profile, £29 for Finger pull & Circular. If available on desired door Hinges and Handle placements will appear as a variant option.
