The bundle package contains five 150x180mm samples.

Veneers are natural products. The colour tone and grain patterns of samples will vary from the items you order.

B/BB Birch Ply has a birch ply face and a 13-ply birch ply core. Our high grade birch ply is sourced from Latvia, the show face is plug free, and has a little more colour variation than our Birch Faced Poplar. It can be supplied Raw, Sanded or with premium matt lacquer.

Birch veneer faced Poplar ply. Superior grade rotary cut birch ply veneers with a 13-ply poplar core. We use the highest grade birch veneers with beautiful tone and grain figuration. We sand smooth and then spay with a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural and elegant finish.

Decorative Pine ply has dramatic rotary grain figuration similar to Douglas Fir, with a neutral colour tone. We source superior grade FSC Pine ply with 13 cores. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish.

American Crown Black Walnut faced birch ply. A-grade American Crown Black Walnut book matched veneer on each face of a 13-ply birch ply core. Our premium Walnut veneer has rich colour tones and striking grain patterns, making it an exceptionally attractive choice for kitchen fronts. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish.

European Crown Oak faced birch ply. A-grade European Crown Oak book matched veneer on each face of a 13-ply birch ply core. We use the best Oak veneer available, and the book-matched formation creates beautiful grain symmetry. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish.

Crown Sapele Veneer. A-grade Sapele crown book matched veneer on each face of a 13-ply birch ply core. Our premium Sapele veneer has rich colour tones and striking grain patterns, making it an exceptionally attractive choice for kitchen fronts. After sanding, we spray with a grain embellishing base coat followed by a premium matt lacquer which achieves a natural finish.

Fenix faced birch ply. Please note: Colours will vary - this sample will demonstrate the finish, texture and contrast with birch ply edges. Created with proprietary technologies, FENIX uses next generation acrylic resins, hardened and fixed through an Electron Beam Curing process. At first glance, the surfaces strike for their super-matt appearance. By touching them, you feel how pleasantly soft they are, with the further surprise of leaving no fingerprints. Thermal healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil.

Formica faced birch ply. Please note: Colours will vary - this sample will demonstrate the finish, texture and contrast with birch ply edges. Formica laminate is built to withstand the rigors of daily kitchen activities. Formica is the original high-pressure laminate and is known for its incredible durability. Available in a vast array of classic and modern colours, you will find the perfect style to enhance your kitchen's visual appeal. We use the Formica Matte58 finish which is lightly textured surface finish that is smooth to the touch. The rear of the panels is faced with a matt white liner laminate. Exposed handles and edges are sanded smooth and finished with oil.

Delivery to most of mainland UK is included in the price you see. For deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please email info@plyzen.co.uk before placing an order to get a delivery cost.

Typically, our dispatch times are:

Legs	2-4 weeks
Desktops	4 weeks
Raw kitchen fronts	4 weeks

If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering. We will try our best to meet your deadline if our workshop schedule allows.

We use DPD and Proovia for most desktops, DPD for legs, and pallet delivery for larger desktop and kitchen fronts. At checkout, please provide your email address and mobile phone number so the courier can update you with delivery information.

Desktops sent with DPD and Proovia are packaged in a crate and will need to be unscrewed. With the packaging, larger desktops can weigh up to 60kg. Please make sure you are able to receive an item of this weight and size. The rigidity of this packaging is required to protect the desktop through the courier network.

DPD or Proovia will usually contact you with a delivery time slot. You are able to change this time with DPD or Proovia directly.

Standard pallet deliveries will not be at a specific time, they can be anytime 9am to 5pm. Pallets are delivered to kerbside only, so you will need to unpack and move items to your home. It is essential that you are able to receive the delivery. If the delivery is missed, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery up to £250 (This is imposed by the carrier). We do offer premium pallet delivery options:

A three-hour window within the span of 10am – 5pm (Eg 1-4pm) for £21.
A specific delivery time within the span of 10am - 5pm for £41. Delivery can be be either 30 mins before or 30 mins after chosen time.

In the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the parcel or pallet packaging, please indicate this to the driver. For pallet deliveries, also note the damage on the delivery paperwork. If parts are damaged or missing in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of the delivery time, this way we can claim for damages with the carrier. Beyond this time, we can't pursue a claim and we'll assume all parts have been delivered without damage.
